I just bought a 12 yr old Profile 20. Before setting it up it was cleaned, including blowing out all port(which was done with a leaf blower). I can only run it on low and it takes about a day to go thru a bag of pellets BUT at most i normally get about 8 hrs of run time before the grate will pack tight with ash and it will throw it into default. The pellets i’m burning were just bought this season so i dont thinks its due to old pellets. I would love to be able to run it on all 3 settings and not worry about the grate clogging all the time. Any ideas??
