Hello…..I’m looking for a door ( glass door) for the WWI Whitfield Renaissance pellet stove …serial number 03194. The glass broke in the door. I have a replacement glass…but while removing the broken glass a corner broke where one of the screws is that holds the small metal piece that holds the glass in place. My stove is Ivory in color. Is there any hope of finding a replacement glass door? Or, do you know if I can drill a new hole to hold the metal piece that holds the glass in place?
    Thank you for any help.

    Hi Colleen,

Thanks for contacting us. I’m afraid the door for your Renaissance pellet stove has been out of production for a number of years. These body parts are hard to come by, your best bet will be to watch eBay or local ads for a used door from a Renaissance. The paint can be matched up so no need to fret about color. I believe the Whitfield ivory is called “Sand”.

Hope this helps and good luck with your search!

Thank you for contacting us on our blog. I’ve emailed you the manual for the Whitfield Renaissance to this email, please see the troubleshooting section on page 30. If you have adjusted the speed on the control board, it may be time to call a service tech to determine if the board is bad. You don’t want to “clean” the board in any way other than to blow off any soot or dust. The boards can be very sensitive and are not cheap to replace. If your service tech deems the control board is bad, we sell the new boards for $576:

We also offer a control board repair service for $225:

Please let us know if you have any other questions and thanks again for contacting us.
